Mr. Jourdan will be hosting a self defense clinic this summer specifically designed for women ages 14+.
Content will include weapons defenses, defenses against multiple assailants, situational awareness, and ways to protect and defend nearby children.
This is the first of two women’s self defense clinics that Lebanon Martial Arts will be hosting this summer. The second clinic will be in Late August; details to follow.
